Zoujaj says MoU with SAGCO expires

The National Company for Glass Industries (Zoujaj) announced the expiry of its non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Saudi Arabian Glass Co. Ltd. (SAGCO), with no acquisition or merger agreement reached.
In a statement to Tadawul, Zoujaj said the MoU expired on May 8.

On Nov. 9, 2023, Zoujaj signed a 12-month non-binding MoU with SAGCO to explore a potential acquisition or merger deal with the latter, according to Argaam data.
In November 2024, the company announced extending the MoU for six months until May 8, 2025.
