Watani Steel intends to disclose quarterly financials as of Q1

Watani Iron Steel Co. plans to start reporting financial statements on a quarterly basis, rather than only adhering to annual earnings disclosure, as of Q1 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul today, May 12.
 

This aligns with best practices in disclosure and governance, and in implementation of Article 91 of the Corporate Governance Regulations, the statement added.
