Watani Iron Steel Co. plans to start reporting financial statements on a quarterly basis, according to a statement to Tadawul today, May 12.

This aligns with best practices in disclosure and governance, and in implementation of Article 91 of the Corporate Governance Regulations, the statement added.

 

The steel producer posted net earnings of SAR 9.9 million for 2024, compared with SAR 4.2 million a year earlier.
