Purity inks SAR 3.5M contract with RCHSP in Jubail

Purity Tech Co. inked a SAR 3.47 million contract, including VAT, with the Royal Commission Health Services Program (RCHSP) in Jubail on May 15, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The 12-month agreement covers the development and maintenance of the unified enterprise resources system project. Purity said the project supports its efforts to drive digital transformation and deliver technical solutions that enhance the efficiency of administrative and operational systems.

 

Purity expects the financial impact to appear in the second half of 2025 and the first half of 2026.

 

The deal does not involve any related parties, the company added.
