2P hammers out SAR 66.6M deal with NWC

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) signed, on May 19, a contract for the operation of the unified contact center, Voice Channels, for National Water Co. (NWC) for SAR 66.63 million, including VAT.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the three-year contract entails providing specialized services to establish and operate the unified contact center.

This includes managing operations, hiring people, and providing technical solutions and platforms.

 

The contract period is for three contractual years (36 months), and it is expected to have a positive financial effect during 2025, 2026 and 2027.

 

In March, 2P announced the contract award, Argaam earlier reported.
