DRC extends contract with tourism ministry by 4 months

Digital Research Co. (DRC) received today, May 20, a letter to extend and increase the value of its existing research services contract with the Ministry of Tourism.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, DRC said the contract extension is worth over 5% of its total audited revenue for 2024, including VAT.

The contract was extended for four months, starting Dec. 8, 2025. DRC confirmed that no related parties are involved.

 

According to Argaam’s data, DRC posted SAR 63.05 million in revenue for the fiscal year ended December 2024.
