Dallah Healthcare authorizes board to pay interim dividends for 2025

Dallah Healthcare Co.’s shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2025 during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 28, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Other agenda items were approved during the meeting, the statement added.

According to data available with Argaam, Dallah Healthcare distributed a 20% cash dividend, or SAR 2 per share, for 2024.

 

During the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held in March, shareholders approved a capital increase from SAR 976.81 million to SAR 1.02 billion through the issuance of 3.89 million ordinary shares.

 

The capital increase was intended to acquire 97.41% of Al-Ahsa Medical Services Co. and 100% of Al-Salam Medical Services Co., both owned by AYYAN Investment Co.
