Edaa applies Edarat’s capital increase

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) applied the increase in the number of Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co.’s shares to the accounts of eligible shareholders today, June 2, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

According to data available on Argaam, Edarat’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) approved 100% capital increase by capitalizing a portion of retained earnings.
