Buruj reappoints Yasser Nagi Chairman, Ahmed Al-Marzouki Deputy

Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co. obtained, on May 19, the Insurance Authority’s (IA) approval to form the board of directors and its nominations and remunerations committee as well as the audit committee.

In a statement to Tadawul, the insurer said that the board of directors will include Yasser Nagi as Chairman, Ahmed Al-Marzouki as Deputy Chairman, along with Osama Faqih, Sultan Al-Rashed, Zain Al-Abidin Bari, Adel Al-Samoom, and Ziad Al-Bassam as board members.

Additionally, the audit committee was formed including Mohammed Jaber as Chairman, along with the members Osama Faqih and Tasneem Al-Nefaie.

Headed by Osama Faqih, the nominations and remunerations committee will include Adel Al-Samoom and Turki Al-Qabbani as members.
