UCA CEO resigns, Shaher Al-Madani takes helm

United Cooperative Assurance Co.'s (UCA) board of directors approved today, June 3, the resignation of CEO Mohammed Basrawi, effective June 30, 2025, according to a filing to Tadawul.

 

Meanwhile, the board of directors decided based on the recommendation of the nominations and remuneration committee to appoint Shaher Al-Madani as CEO, as of July 1, 2025.

 

The appointment is pending regulatory approvals that are obtained in line with the Insurance Authority requirements.
