Malath shareholders reject board remuneration for 2024

Malath Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders rejected a proposal to pay SAR 2.85 million in board remuneration for 2024 during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) on June 16, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders approved other agenda items, including the election of new board members for a three-year term starting June 17, 2025.

 

The newly elected members are Mohannad Al-Qassem, Yasser Al-Rasheed, Salman Al-Hawawi, Badr Al-Ali, Mohammed Al-Jomaa, Mohammed Al-Omari, Fawaz Al-Hajji, and Amr Al-Namri.
