WAJA Co. signed today, June 17, a contract with the Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority (SERA), valued at SAR 4.44 million, inclusive of 15% value-added tax (VAT).

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the 120-day project entails the development and preparation of a part of the second floor in the Southern Province, the fourth floor in the Eastern Province, the fifth floor on the southern and eastern sides, and the seventh floor in the southern side.
The scope of work covers all construction, architectural, electrical, and mechanical works, along with the supply and installation of furniture.
WAJA expects the contract to have a positive financial impact on its revenues this year, noting that no related parties are involved.
