Shams shareholders disapprove of auditor’s report for 2024

Tourism Enterprise Co.’s (Shams) shareholders denied approval for the auditor’s report for 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 22, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders, meanwhile, approved the appointment of an auditor to review and audit the company’s financial statements for Q2, Q3 and FY 2025, as well as Q1 2026, for a fee of SAR 276,000.
