Future Vision inks SAR 320,000 lease deal for Abha new branch

Future Vision for Health Training Co. announced it signed, on June 22, a lease agreement worth SAR 320,000 for a new branch location in Asir, Abha, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The branch is located at Sard bin Abdullah Al-Azdi Road, 2nd floor, Office No. 2, with a total area of 320 square meters. The lease term is five years, with an annual rent of SAR 65,000.

This branch, the company’s fourth overall and the first in the Asir region, is part of the company’s strategic expansion plan aimed at increasing geographic coverage and enhancing access to its educational and healthcare training services across the Kingdom. The branch will serve as a training center for delivering certified training programs.

This initiative aligns with the company’s vision to provide an exceptional operational model in healthcare training and to continuously address training needs in all regions of Saudi Arabia.

The financial impact of this new branch is expected to reflect in the company's operating revenue starting as of Q4 2025.

Meanwhile, there is no material impact on the company’s current financial statements. Any significant developments will be disclosed in due course.
