A private fund is defined as an investment fund established in Saudi Arabia, with its units offered to investors in the Kingdom in accordance with the Investment Funds Regulations.
Real estate funds accounted for the largest share of private investment fund assets, making up 48.8% of the total (SAR 270.6 billion), followed by equity funds with 36.8% (SAR 204.3 billion).
