Purity inks SAR 12.6M contract with SAMI

Purity for Information Technology Co. signed on June 30 a contract with SAMI Advanced Electronics (SAMI-AEC) for SAR 12.63 million excluding VAT, to provide licenses for cybersecurity, infrastructure and business solutions.
 
 

The one-month contract highlights Purity’s ongoing commitment to providing innovative technology solutions and strengthening strategic partnerships within the digital industry in Kingdom, in addition to opening new lines of business.

 

The financial impact is expected to appear in Q4 ending June 2025.

 

The contract involved no related parties, the statement added.
