Future Vision leases new branch in Eastern Province

Future Vision for Health Training Co. signed today, July 3, an agreement with Social Development Bank (SDB) to lease a new branch in the Eastern Province, Al-Bustan District – Bahrain Street, Al Ahsa Governorate for SAR 19,900. The lease agreement is valid for one year.

This branch is the company's seventh branch overall and the first in the Eastern Province – comes as part of the company’s strategic plans for geographic expansion and broader access to its educational and health services across the Kingdom, Future Vision said in a statement to Tadawul.

The new branch will serve as an educational center for delivering accredited training programs, aligning with the company’s vision to provide an exceptional business model in health training and its ongoing efforts to meet training needs throughout all regions of the Kingdom.

It is expected to contribute to enhancing the efficiency of operational processes in the region, reducing operational costs related to the travel of trainers and participants, as well as strengthening the company’s opportunities to compete for government training contracts and projects in the area.

The financial impact is seen to show on the company’s operating revenues starting Q4 2025, through generating additional income from in-person training courses and increasing the number of beneficiaries of the company’s services in the Eastern Province.

There is currently no material impact on the company’s financial statements, and any significant future developments will be disclosed in due course.

There are no related parties to the agreement, the statement added.
