WAJA signs SAR 4.8M contract with Awqaf

Waja Co. signed today, July 9, a contract for the rehabilitation project of the headquarters of Awqaf Real Estate Management and Services Co., valued at SAR 4.77 million, including 15% value-added tax (VAT).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract has a duration of three months and includes the rehabilitation and implementation of interior finishing works for Awqaf’s headquarters.

The financial impact of the contract will be reflected in the fourth quarter of 2025.

 

There are no related parties to the contract.

 

According to data available with Argaam, WAJA announced winning the contract to rehabilitate Awqaf headquarters in June.
