WAJA signs SAR 4.8M contract with Awqaf

WAJA Co. signed today, July 9, a contract for the rehabilitation project of the headquarters (HQ) of Awqaf Real Estate Management and Services Co., valued at SAR 4.77 million, including 15% value-added tax (VAT).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the three-month contract entails the rehabilitation and implementation of interior finishing works for the HQ building.

The financial impact of the contract, which involved no related parties, will be reflected in the fourth quarter of 2025.

 

According to data available with Argaam, WAJA won in June the contract for the Awqaf HQ rehabilitation project.
