Al Moammar Information Systems Co.’s (MIS) shareholders elected board members for the upcoming four-year term ending on July 30, 2029, during an extraordinary general meeting held on July 28.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the newly elected board includes Khaled Al-Moammar, Ibrahim Al-Moammar, Faraj Abuthnain, Fahd Al-Moammar, Abdul Karim Al-Nafeh, Saud Al-Moammar and Abdullah Al-Moammar.
