Multi Business bags renovation contract from stc

Multi Business Group Co. was awarded on July 29 a project by stc to renovate and enhance the company’s workspaces and retail outlets, with a value of more than 5% of the company’s revenue for 2024.

According to a statement to Tadawul, the 10-month agreement is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s results for H2 2025 and H1 2026.

 

The agreement includes construction work, architectural finishing, as well as electrical and mechanical engineering services, the statement noted, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.

 

Multi Business reported revenues of nearly SAR 135 million in 2024, with the 5% contract value representing around SAR 6.75 million, Argaam data showed.

 

In June, the company announced the extension of its framework agreement with stc for the renovation and enhancement of workspaces and retail outlets for an additional three years.
