Almunajem shareholders approve addition of new activities

Almunajem Foods Co.’s shareholders approved amending Article (3) of bylaws related to the company’s objectives.

The decision came during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on July 31, according to a statement to Tadawul.

According to data available on Argaam, the new objectives will include the maintenance and repair of motor vehicles, preparation of ready-made meals and dishes, and dairy production. This is in addition to the manufacture of other food products and the production of vegetable and animal oils and fats.

The company will also add agriculture, forestry, and fishing, as well as information and communications (ICT), to its list of business objectives.
