CMA licenses Razeen Capital to conduct managing investments activity in securities business

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced that Razeen Capital has fulfilled the requirements to commence its managing investments activity in the securities business.

 

This came in accordance with the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) and its Implementing Regulations.

 

The company was licensed under the CMA resolution dated Nov. 28, 2024.
