Zamil Industrial Investment Co. set Sept. 21, 2025, for its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to amend Article 11 of its bylaws on a planned capital increase, the company said in a Tadawul filing.
 
 
Shareholders will also vote on amending Article 7 on share subscriptions and adding Article 38 on profit distribution, it added.
