The deal includes all assets and operations of the branches, which are currently run under a sub-franchise agreement.

Payment will be made upon asset transfer, with the value subject to closing adjustments. The acquisition is from Yazeed AlAgil, owner of Future First Catering Establishment Co.

Alamar will fund the deal through internal resources and Shariah-compliant bank facilities, noting the move consolidates stores under direct operation, boosts presence in high-growth markets, and is expected to reflect financially in Q4 2025.

The company added the final deal is subject to definitive agreements and regulatory approvals, with further updates to be disclosed.

With the acquisition, Alamar will reinforce its position as the largest pizza operator in Saudi Arabia, managing 325 Domino’s outlets.

The company is Domino’s exclusive master franchisee in Saudi Arabia and other regional markets, according to Argaam’s data.
