Ladun Investment Co.’s shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the new four-year term starting Sept. 17, 2025.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the new board includes Nasser Al-Arifi, Sultan Naqli, Suleiman Al-Batli, Hassan Al-Hazmi, Prince Faisal bin Saad Al Saud, Adel Al-Abdulsalam and Bandar Al-Abdulkareem.
