Abo Moati shareholders authorize board to distribute dividends for FY 2025/26

Shareholders of Saad Abdullah Abo Moati approved authorizing the board of directors to distribute an interim cash dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026 on a semi-annual or quarterly basis, according to a Tadawul statement.
