Arabian Shield shareholders elect new board for upcoming term

Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved, during its ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on Sept. 21, the election of board members for the upcoming four-year term, starting Sept. 22, 2025.

According to a statement to Tadawul, the elected members are Prince Naif Al Kabeer Al Saud, Sameer Al-Wazzan, Abdallah Al-Obeikan, Saud Bajubair, Adel Abalkhail, Raed Al Saif, Mohammed Ali, Taha Azhari, and Abdullah Al Mishaal.

 

The elected members are Prince Naif Al Kabeer, Sameer Wazzan, Abdallah Al-Obeikan, Saud Bajubair, Adel Abalkhail, Raed Al Saif, Mohammad bin Ali, Taha Azhari, and Abdullah Al Mishaal.

 

Shareholders also approved amendments to the remuneration policy for board members, committee members, and senior executives, as well as modifications to the audit committee charter.
