APICO names Ahmad Balubaid Chairman, Waleed Balubaid Vice-Chairman

APICO’s board of directors names Ahmad Balubaid as Chairman and Waleed Balubaid as Vice-Chairman

Arabian Plastic Industrial Co. (APICO) said its board of directors appointed Ahmad Balubaid as Chairman and Waleed Balubaid as Vice-Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

During its meeting on Sept. 30, the board also formed the nomination and remuneration committee, headed by Azhar Kenji, and included Mohammed Alhaj and Murhaf Al-Samman as members.

 

Additionally, an audit committee was formed, and a board secretary as well as company representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) were appointed.
