WAJA signs SAR 12M contract with Transport Ministry

WAJA Co. signed today, Oct. 12, a contract with the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services to carry out the framework agreement works for the supply and installation of office furniture for the ministry, at a total value of SAR 12 million, including 15% VAT.

 

The company said in a statement on Tadawul that the three-year contract involved no related parties.

 

WAJA expects a positive financial impact on the company’s revenues during Q4 2025 and in the coming years as a result of the deal.
