Dar Almarkabah inks SAR 8.8M contract with Energy Ministry

Dar Almarkabah says the contract will run for 3 years

Dar Almarkabah for Renting Cars Co. signed on Oct. 30 a SAR 8.8 million (VAT inclusive) contract with the Ministry of Energy to provide vehicle-renting services, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 
The three-year contract includes leasing vehicles of various types and specifications to support the ministry’s operations and projects.
 
The relevant financial impact is expected to appear starting Q4 2025 and will continue throughout the duration of the contract, according to the agreed implementation and service delivery schedule.
 
The company pointed out that there are no related parties to the deal.
 
Dar Almarkabah was awarded on Aug. 18 a project valued at SAR 8.8 million (VAT inclusive) from the Ministry of Energy to provide vehicle renting services, data compiled by Argaam showed.
