Sadirat announces further departures as its Audit Committee members submit resignations.

Saudi Industrial Export Co. (Sadirat) announced a new round of board resignations, including its Chairman, and two board members.

In a statement to Tadawul, Sadirat explained that Chairman Hatem Barajjash, Saleh Al-Rashed, and Khalid Al-Noisear stepped down for personal reasons, citing uncertainty over the company’s outlook.

In a separate statement, Sadirat also said the Chairman and members of the Audit Committee — Mohammed Saleh Al-Ghamdi, and Firas Ali Al-Humaidan — resigned, citing professional commitments requiring greater focus on their primary roles, in addition to ongoing changes to the board’s composition and the recent departures of several directors.

Committee member Saleh Ghadir Al-Rashid also resigned due to personal reasons.

The company confirmed that all resignations will take effect on Nov. 18 and Nov. 19.

According to Argaam data, Sadirat accepted the resignations of four members of its board of directors, along with Managing Director Ghassan Al-Haidari, effective Nov. 16.
