DRC said the contractual value exceeds 5% of its total revenue for 2024

Digital Research Company (DRC) signed a contract with Applus Arabia Co. to provide research services, the company said in a statement.

 

The contractual value exceeds 5% of the company’s total revenue for 2024, including VAT, according to the statement.

 

The contract was awarded on Nov. 26 and signed on Dec. 8. It has a term of 13 months beginning Dec. 1.

 

DRC said the contract is expected to have a positive financial impact on its 2026 results, confirming that it does not involve any related parties.

 

According to Argaam data, DRC generated revenues of SAR 63.05 million in 2024.
