Equipment House seals exclusive distribution deal with China’s Biolight

Scientific and Medical Equipment House Co. (Equipment House) signed today, Dec. 14, a strategic distribution agreement with China-based Guangdong Biolight Meditech Co., which specializes in the innovation and manufacturing of integrated medical solutions.

The agreement enables Equipment House to provide a wide range of Biolight’s latest products, including patient monitoring systems such as transport monitors, advanced modular devices, compact devices, and central monitoring systems. This is besides diagnostic solutions, comprising electrocardiogram (ECG) devices and vital signs monitors, according to a statement to Tadawul today, Dec. 14.

Equipment House will also be liable to offer extended-care services that include integrated home-care solutions and a full range of veterinary care products. The company added that this partnership forms part of its ongoing efforts to bring the latest medical technologies to the Saudi market, noting that Biolight — listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 2011 — represents a key pillar in the global medical devices and healthcare solutions industry.

It also highlighted that Biolight Meditech’s products are distinguished by high reliability and global-quality standards, supported by a comprehensive set of stringent international and local certifications, including approvals from the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the CE marking, ISO certification, and certification from China’s National Medical Products Administration (NMPA).
