Saudi AZM said the project value exceeds 5% of the company's total revenues, as of June 30, 2025
Saudi AZM for Communications and Information Technology Co. won a project to develop, establish, launch, and support the digital platform dedicated for human capital development in the energy sector at King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (KACARE).
In a statement to Tadawul today, Dec. 17, the company said the project value exceeds 5% of its total revenues, as per its income statement for the fiscal year (FY) ended on June 30, 2025.
The project was awarded today and involved no related parties, it added.
According to data available on Argaam, Saudi AZM recorded a topline of SAR 253.16 million in FY 2024/25, meaning a 5% share amounts to approximately SAR 12.66 million.
