CMA licenses Drahim App Investment to conduct investments management

The Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced that Drahim App Investment Company has completed the commencements of business requirements to conduct Managing Investments Activity in the Securities Business licensed as per CMA resolution dated July 28, 2025.

 

In a statement, the market regulator said that the decision comes in accordance to the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated August 8, 2003 and its Implementing Regulations
