DRC EGM approves smaller board; Chairman, Deputy resign among 4 members

Digital Research Co.’s said the bylaws amendment entails cutting the number of board members from nine to five members.

Digital Research Co.’s (DRC) said shareholders approved amending Article 14 of the company’s bylaws to reduce the board size from nine to five members at an extraordinary general meeting held on Dec. 18.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company added that shareholders also approved amending Article 4 related to corporate objectives.

Separately, DRC said Chairman Ahmed Al-Quraishi, Vice Chairman Mohammed Al-Quraishi, and board members Mansour Al-Qahtani and Abdulaziz Al-Sabhan submitted voluntary resignations, effective Dec. 18, 2025.
