DRC board appointed non-executive member Fahad Al-Saawi as Chairman

Digital Research Co. (DRC) said its board appointed non-executive member Fahad Al-Saawi as Chairman and independent member Ziad Altwaijray as Vice Chairman on Dec. 21.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the appointments are effective from Dec. 21, 2025, until the end of the current board’s term on May 4, 2027.

 

The board also appointed the company’s representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) for matters related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.

 

According to Argaam data, DRC’s shareholders recently approved amending Article 14 of the company’s bylaws to reduce the board size from nine to five members.

 

The company also said former Chairman Ahmed Al-Quraishi, Vice Chairman Mohammed Al-Quraishi, and board members Mansour Al-Qahtani and Abdulaziz Al-Sabhan submitted voluntary resignations, effective Dec. 18, 2025.
