Minister of Investment, Khalid Al-Falih


Minister of Investment, Khalid Al-Falih, is scheduled to attend on Jan. 5, 2026, the 15th regular session of the Shura Council in the second year of its ninth term.

 

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), during the session, Al-Falih will present a review of the Ministry of Investment’s accomplished plans and programs as well as the achievements of its objectives, while discussing the ministry’s performance and its plans.

 

Shura Council members will pose a bundle of inquiries and interventions to the investment minister during the session, related to the ministry’s responsibilities.

 

This falls within the Council’s supervisory role over government performance, aiming to support the development and enhancement of services provided to beneficiaries, in line with the leadership’s directives.

 

It was noted that Al-Falih’s attendance comes at the Shura Council’s request to discuss the ministry’s performance, review its plans and targets, and address challenges and obstacles it faces.
