Mouwasat reappoints Mohammed Al-Subaie as Chairman

Nasser Al-Subaie was reappointed as Mouwasat’s Vice Chairman and Khalid Al-Saleem Managing Director.

Mouwasat Medical Services Co.’s board of directors reappointed today, Jan. 4, Mohammed Al-Subaie as Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Nasser Al-Subaie was also reappointed as Vice Chairman and Adel Abou Hamra as secretary of the board, while Khalid Al-Saleem was appointed as Managing Director.

The executive committee was formed, including Nassir Al Subaei (Chairman of the Committee), Khalid Al-Saleem Executive Board Member, Sami Alabdulkarim and Ibrahim Hamad Ababtain.

The board also elected the nominations and remuneration committee, consisting of Mohammed Alkathiri (Chairman of the Committee), as well as Sami Alabdulkarim and Fahad Alaslami as members.

Additionally, the board appointed Khalid Al-Saleem (Managing Director) and Ahmed Radwan to be the company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Tadawul and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) for all purposes related to the implementation of the Capital Market System and its executive regulations, the statement added.

Meanwhile, the audit committee was established, pursuant to the same decision. Its formation announcement will be disclosed separately, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
