Taiba receives SAR 2.96M white land fee invoices

Taiba Investments said it is currently preparing studies to optimize the use of these undeveloped lands

Taiba Investments Co. received a number of white land fee invoices totaling SAR 2.96 million, according to a Tadawul statement.

These invoices will be handled in accordance with the regulations and procedural guidelines, the company said.

It is currently preparing studies to optimize the use of these lands in line with the company's and its shareholders' interests.

Meanwhile, the accounting impact of these fees will be recorded in accordance with the approved accounting standards.

According to data available with Argaam, Taiba announced, in September 2025, that 60,000 square meters (sqm) of its land in Riyadh falls under the first tier of the White Land Tax Law at a 10% rate.

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing (MOMAH), represented by the White Land and Vacant Property Fees Program, announced, on Jan. 1, the issuance of more than 60,000 white land fee invoices in Riyadh.
