The Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) initiated a number of criminal and administrative cases through 1,543 monitoring rounds during January.
In a statement on X, Nazaha said it investigated 383 suspects and detained 127 individuals, some of whom were released on bail, for their involvement in bribery and abuse of official authority.
The authority said the detainees were employees at the Ministries of Interior, Defense, Education, Municipalities and Housing, and Health.
