Horizon Food, Bidfood ink strategic partnership agreement

Horizon Food Co. signed a strategic partnership agreement with Bidfood LLC to support the marketing and distribution of Horizon Food’s products within the foodservice business in Saudi Arabia and the GCC countries.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company expected the partnership to have a positive impact on its financial and operational performance from H1 2026, as well as over the medium and long term.

The partnership is expected to support Horizon Food’s growth strategy by strengthening its presence in the foodservice channel, accelerating access to regional markets, and expanding its product range to meet customer requirements.

The collaboration is also projected to enable both parties to explore scalable growth opportunities by focusing on key customer segments and expanding geographically in target markets.

Bidfood is a leading global group in foodservice supply and distribution, with operations in around 30 countries worldwide, including all GCC markets.

Horizon Food aims to leverage Bidfood’s capabilities in foodservice distribution, customer network, and broad market presence, while Bidfood will expand its product portfolio by adding locally manufactured products tailored to regional markets.

The agreement was signed on Jan. 30 by the CEOs of Horizon Food and Bidfood during the Gulfood 2026 exhibition, a major international platform for trade, cooperation, and expansion in the food and beverage sector.
