Multi Business Group Co. signed a notice of assignment for the design and implementation contract of the Riyadh Wholesale Vegetables and Fruits Market development project, from Riyadh Development Co., to its wholly owned subsidiary, Hulul Salasil Imdad Almontajat Altazija Co.

 

In a statement on Tadawul, the company said that all rights and obligations were transferred according to the terms and conditions stipulated in the original contract.

 

The transfer follows the handover of ownership, operation, and management responsibilities of the Riyadh Wholesale Market to the subsidiary.

 

The company will continue to retain all rights and benefits stipulated in the original contract, the statement said.

 

The notice of assignment was dated Jan. 28, 2026. All required signatures were completed and a copy was received at the close of business on Feb. 10.

 

According to data available with Argaam, Multi Business signed a contract, last November, with Riyadh Development to design and build the Riyadh Wholesale Market.
