National Building Chairman resigns, Mohamed Daaboul named as acting

National Building and Marketing Co. announced today, Feb. 11, Rayyan Al-Khuwaiter’s resignation from his position as Chairman and also as a board member and member of the nominations and remuneration committee, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation, submitted due to personal circumstances, was received on Feb. 10, with immediate effect.

 

The company, in response, designated Vice Chairman Mohamed Daaboul as Acting Chairman till a new board member is appointed to assume that vacant position.

 

Moreover, the board reshuffled the nominations and remuneration committee.
