ROSHN launches new residential units; prices start from SAR 1.6M: Exec

ROSHN Group has recently launched “Sedra Residence,” a residential project offering diverse housing options within Phase 4 of the Sedra project, comprising more than 700 units alongside integrated amenities, Sean McNamara, Director of Sales, told Al-Eqtisadiah on the sidelines of RESTATEX 2026.

Kings College School has been launched as part of Sedra’s masterplan. The school, a renowned British institution with a history spanning over 140 years, will enhance the project’s educational offering.

Two weeks ago, ROSHN introduced two new residential product types, with prices starting from SAR 1.6 million. Sedra has now reached Phase 5 of development, with execution planned across eight phases. The project spans 20 million square meters (sqm) and will accommodate around 30,000 housing units.

McNamara also cited the Al Danah community in Dhahran, eastern Saudi Arabia, covering 1.7 million square meters and comprising more than 2,500 housing units, with prices starting from SAR 1.6 million.

Moreover, Warefa is also part of ROSHN’s project portfolio in eastern Riyadh. It extends over 1.4 million sqm with 2,380 housing units, as well as Al Manar in Makkah — its first fully integrated residential development — spanning more than 21 million sqm and featuring over 33,000 units, alongside integrated facilities and green spaces.
