Keir names Ahmed Al-Hazmi as Acting Chairman as Al Suhaibani resigns

Keir International Co.'s board of directors approved today, Feb. 15, the resignation of Moath Al Suhaibani as Chairman, board member, and member of the executive committee, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation, submitted on Feb. 12, took immediate effect and was for personal reasons, the statement said.

 

The board appointed Vice Chairman Ahmed Al-Hazmi as Acting Chairman until a new chairman is named.
