Tibbiyah reappoints Ziad Al Tunisi as Chairman

Arabian International Healthcare Holding Co. (Tibbiyah) said its newly elected board of directors appointed Ziad Al Tunisi as non-executive Chairman and Khalid Al Anazi as independent Vice Chairman.

 

The board, in its April 5 meeting, also formed the nomination and remuneration committee, comprising Steven Swinson (independent), Bassem Bandari (non-executive), Faisal Arfaj (non-executive), and Hisham Dananah (independent). The committee chairman will be elected later.

 

Tibbiyah added that the audit committee will be formed and its members appointed at a later stage. The board also designated the company’s representatives before the Capital Market Authority and Saudi Tadawul Group.
