Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Co. said its board approved a request by CEO Anuj Agarwal to terminate his contractual relationship with the company for personal reasons.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the insurer said Agarwal submitted the request on April 6, and the board approved it at a meeting on April 13 in line with agreed terms. His last working day will be April 15, 2026.

 

The company said it will announce any further developments regarding the appointment of a new CEO in due course, subject to regulatory approvals.
