Naqi Water reappoints Ameen Al-Mallah as Chairman, Youssef Al-Qafari as Vice Chairman

Naqi Water Co. said its newly-elected board of directors reappointed Ameen Al-Mallah as Chairman and Youssef Al-Qafari as Vice Chairman.

 

In a Tadawul statement, the company said the board also appointed Abdulaziz Youssef Al-Sayegh as Managing Director and CEO.

 

Moreover, the board formed the nomination and remuneration committee and the audit committee.

 

It also appointed a board secretary and designated the company’s representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

 

According to Argaam’s data, the company’s extraordinary general meeting, held earlier this month, elected new board members for the four-year term ending on June 3, 2030.
