Saudi Chemical Company Holding Announces Through Its Subsidiary, AJA Pharmaceutical Industries Company, the Signing of a Non-Exclusive Promotion, Marketing and Medical Services Agreement with Glaxo Saudi Arabia Limited (GSK)

Saudi Chemical Company Holding (SCCH) announced that its subsidiary, AJA Pharmaceutical Industries Company, has entered into a strategic non-exclusive agreement with Glaxo Saudi Arabia Limited (GSK) to support the sales and marketing of GSK’s General Medicines portfolio across the Kingdom.
 

This agreement represents a significant milestone in strengthening healthcare delivery and expanding patient access to essential medicines by combining GSK’s global scientific expertise with AJA Pharmaceutical Industries Company’s strong local execution capabilities.
 

The partnership reinforces both companies’ commitment to supporting the Kingdom’s healthcare transformation journey and aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 by enhancing healthcare outcomes, strengthening local capabilities, and improving access to high-quality medical solutions.
 

Under the agreement, dedicated field teams will provide sales, marketing, and medical support services across the Kingdom, while GSK will continue to provide strategic oversight and scientific leadership for its General Medicines portfolio in accordance with the highest global standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
