Brief Resume of the Appointed Member Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim Al-Rubaia graduated from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 1984 and has also completed a number of executive certifications and programs from the University of Pittsburgh and London Business School.

 

Mr. Al-Rubaia possesses more than 30 years of experience in corporate banking and investment banking. Throughout his career, he has held numerous leadership and executive positions within financial and banking institutions and has developed extensive expertise in corporate relationship management, the energy and utilities sector, and capital markets.

- Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Banking at Riyad Bank.

- Board Member and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee at Ashraq Development and Real Estate Company.

- Board Member and Member of the Audit and Risk Committee at Al Suwaidi Holding Company.

- Member of the Credit and Risk Committee at Arabian Taysir Finance Company.
